Go Time Privacy Policy

Last Update:  September 6, 2016

Privacy is very important to Us.  Please read this document carefully.

As used in this Privacy Policy, “Go Time,” “Litton Entertainment,” “Litton,” “We,” or “Us” refers to Litton Entertainment, its subsidiary and affiliated entities, singly or together.

This policy covers how We treat Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) that We collect and receive, including information related to your past use of this Site. Personally identifiable information is information about you that can be traced directly back to and identifies an individual. PII includes your name, postal address, employer, email address, phone number, photos, videos or audio recordings of you. When other information (such as, for example, consumer product preferences or number of children) is directly associated with personally identifiable information, this other information also is treated as PII for purposes of this Privacy Policy. Personally identifiable information does not include screen names (also known as member names, usernames or other online aliases) provided by our guests in the course of registering with or using any of our Web sites, except in circumstances in which We request that guests provide their e-mail addresses as their screen names.  Finally, the terms of this Privacy Policy are subject to all applicable laws.

This policy applies only to PII collected by Litton or its affiliates on products available where this Privacy Policy is posted (the “Site”) and does not apply to any other information collected by Litton and its affiliated entities through any other means.  This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Litton does not own or control, or to people that Litton does not employ or manage.

Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies only to PII collected by Us through visitation to or use of the Site(s) where this Privacy Policy is posted (the “Site”) and does not apply to any other information collected by Go Time and its affiliated entities through any other means. It is important for you to understand this because We allow you to navigate away from our Site at times to Websites controlled by third parties (some of which We have a relationship with).  When you click on one of those links, you leave the Go Time Site, at which point our Privacy Policy no longer applies.

Our Site may, at some future date, offer message boards, conversation pages, chat rooms, social community environments, profile pages, and other Public Forums (as defined in the Terms of Use governing our Site (the “Terms of Use”)), as Well as other features in which you may provide us with User Submissions (as defined in the Terms of Use). If you provide personal information when you use any of these features, that personal information may be publicly posted and otherwise disclosed without limitation as to its use by a third party. How We use your personal information

We will not be collecting any PII from this website

We reserve the right to transfer all information in our system in the event that Litton Entertainment is sold, merged or otherwise assigned such that control rests with a different entity.

What cookies, Web beacons, and Pixel Tags are and how We use them

Our Site uses a software technology called “cookies.” Cookies are small text files that We place in visitors’ computer browsers to store their preferences. Cookies themselves do not contain any PII.  “Web beacons” are small pieces of code placed on a Web page to monitor the behavior and collect data about the visitors viewing a Web page. For example, Web beacons can be used to count the users who visit a Web page or to deliver a cookie to the browser of a visitor viewing that page. We may use Web beacons on our Site from time to time for this purpose.  A “Pixel Tag” is a type of technology placed on a website or within the body of an email for the purpose of tracking activity on websites, or when emails are opened or accessed, and is often used in combination with cookies.

What internet protocol addresses are

An Internet protocol (“IP”) address is the unique number assigned to your server or Internet Service Provider (“ISP”). We may track such IP addresses for system administration, to report aggregate information, site tracking, or to prevent our servers from being abused.

Collection of information by third-party sites and sponsors

Our Site may contain links to other Web sites, including those of our partners and sponsors, whose information practices may be different from ours. Sometimes these third party Websites might conduct contests or sweepstakes that are promoted on our Site and visitors are directed away from our Site in order to participate in such contests or sweepstakes. Visitors should consult those other third party Websites’ privacy notices, since those Websites are not covered by our Privacy Policy and may follow different procedures.

We have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures in an effort to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and correctly use the information We collect online.

From time to time, we review our security procedures in order to consider appropriate new technology and methods. Please be aware though that, despite our best efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

We restrict access to  information to Our employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to process it for us, and who are subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined or terminated if they fail to meet these obligations.

Use of our online forums

As part of the Site we may offer you in the future the ability to post information and exchange ideas.  We caution all users not to disclose any PII as part of their posts, even if requested to do so by other posters.  Litton will not be responsible in the event that you disclose PII in your posts or during any other communication with other site users.  You acknowledge and agree that content provided by others (“Other User Content”) may include content owned by independent content providers (including other users), and licensed to us. You must evaluate, and bear the risk associated with, the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any Other User Content.  We do not pre-screen Other User Content as a matter of policy, but We reserve the right, but do not undertake the responsibility, to remove Other User Content at any time that We deem it to be harmful, offensive, or otherwise in violation of this Agreement.
